The Coaching Intake Form begins the process of identifying the current state of your life, your perspective and vision. It also helps frame your desires for the future.
Initial coaching sessions grow your awareness of current state and identify what transformation could look like.
Specific goals and actions are identified to help you navigate your going-forward path.
A typical engagement is a coaching session every other week to allow you time to make progress on your action steps.
Six months (twelve sessions) allows you time to create your transformation vision, define your goals and objectives and make meaningful progress toward those goals. Coaching engagements are customized for each client therefore length can vary.
A “check-in” coaching session six months later provides encouragement and an opportunity to examine any barriers that have arisen after the coaching engagement has ended.
